Restaurant Review: Cafe Santorini // Pasadena, Ca.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I celebrated our 4th year anniversary at one of our favorite date-night cities: Old Town Pasadena.
Friends have recommended Cafe Santorini before but we would always would end up eating elsewhere for whatever reason. But we finally chose to stick with the plan and have a nice little lunch here. The restaurant has such a dainty and romantic setting, patio lights streaming from the ceiling, balcony seating with a view of the shops below and not to mention really great food.

Jon’s fascination of the bubbles in my bellini. ^-^

I ordered the stuffed butternut squash that comes filled with rice and an assortment of grilled veggies, with a glass of ice water and a bellini. My dish was so flavorful and was plated rather nicely (in the photos I had already cut into it twice so it wasn’t as pretty as when it was first served to me 😦 ).

Jon ordered the grilled chicken and pesto panini with a side of fruit, and ice water and a Hypnotiq, which was a mix of Malibu, Hypnotiq, pineapple juice and passion fruit syrup. They also serve you complimentary house bread before your meal and even provide refills! 🙂

The atmosphere was very lovely and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. Definitely recommending and coming back!
